不同成熟度京科968种子活力与种子物理化学特性的关系研究

良好的种子质量是保证玉米高产稳产的前提,而种子活力是衡量种子质量的重要指标。本论文以杂交玉米京科968为材料,分析了授粉后35天至62天的不同成熟度种子的物理特性(长度、宽度、灰度、百粒重和容重)和生理生化特性(糖含量、淀粉含量、油脂含量、含水量、电导率、MDA含量和SOD酶活性)。同时采用标准发芽率、人工老化发芽率、冷冻发芽率和冷浸发芽率四种种子活力测定方法系统评价了不同成熟度种子的活力。结果发现各种评价方法获得的种子活力指标与种子物理和生理化学特性之间存在显著相关性,说明不同成熟度京科968 种子的物理和生理生化特性可用来衡量该种子的活力。根据这些指标,发现该品种种子的最佳收获时期是授粉后59天。这些研究结果为该种子的高质量生产提供技术支撑。 英文摘要: Abstract: High quality seed was the first step to produce a competitive and high-yield maize. Seed vigor was an important parameter for seed quality. Here, seed of hybrid maize Jinke968 were harvested from 35 days after pollination (DAP) to 62 DAP. Seed physical traits of length, width, color and volume-weight, and chemical traits of sugar, starch and oil content, and moisture content, electricity content, MDA content and SOD activity were investigated. Vigor of seed from different maturity were also evaluated by standard germination (SG), artificial aging test (AG), cold test germination (CT) and submergence cold test (ST). The results showed that with the harvest stage postponing, seed vigor increased significantly from 35 DAP to 59 DAP, and then maintained to 62 DAP. Seed physiological and chemical traits showed significant correlations to seed vigor. Thus, this works suggested that the best harvest time for hybrid line Jingke968 is 59 DAP, which provide important information for high quality seed product of this hybrid. 查看全文
