玉米苗前除草剂种质抗性评价及鉴定指标筛选

本研究以71个玉米自交系为材料,采用田间试验的方法,设混合除草剂喷施和对照2个处理,调查株高(X1)、叶面积(X2)、叶绿素值(X3)等17项指标值。根据各性状的抗除草剂系数,通过主成分分析法将17个单项指标转化为6个相互独立的综合指标;通过隶属函数法和聚类分析将71个玉米自交系分成4类,敏感型I、感型II、中抗型III、抗型IV;通过逐步回归分析,筛选出地上部干重、丙二醛等9个鉴定指标,并且建立了最优回归方程。 英文摘要: The 71 maize inbred lines were treated herbicide spraying group and the control group in a field experiment, the 17 indexes of plant height(X1), leaf area(X2), chlorophyll(X3)were investigated. According to herbicide-resistance coefficient of all indexes, the 17 single indexes were transformed into 6 independent comprehensive components through principal component analysis, The membership function method and cluster analysis were employed to divided the 71 maize inbred lines into 4 types. Class I was the sensitive type. Class II was the low sensitive type. Class III was the medium resistance type. Class IV was the resistance type. Based on the stepwise regression analysis, 9 indexes closely related to the herbicide-resistance, including aboveground dry weight, chlorophyll, ect. And the optimal regression equation was established.
