2005-2015年丹玉系列种质基础综合分析与评价
通过近10年来丹玉系列国审丹玉86号、丹玉69号、丹玉96号、丹玉606号等4个品种,辽宁省省审64个品种的分析,发现利用的杂优模式主要有两种:Ried×旅大红骨有24个品种;外来种质×旅大红骨有26个品种,其它模式有10个品种。应用自交系贡献率较大的主要集中在旅大红骨、外来种质、Lancaster、Reid群,如:丹598、丹988、丹299、丹1324、丹9046、丹99长、丹黄34、丹717等自交系。针对这些优良自交系的改良,转变育种思路,利用常规育种与现代单倍体和分子育种技术,培育早熟、耐密植、矮杆、品质好,产量高,抗病、抗倒、适合机械播种与收获为育种目标,提高育种效率,加快育种进程,结合当前玉米及产业发展形势,提出今后玉米育种发展方向。

Dan yu series varieties that released by national such as Danyu 86, Danyu 69, Danyu96, danyu606, and 64 varieties that released by provincial Approval Committee in recent ten years were analyzed. It was found that there are two main Heterotic Patterns were used, 24 varieties were from Ried×Lvdahonggu 24, 26 varieties were from exotic germplasm×Lvdahonggu 26, 10 varieties were from ohter Heterotic Patterns. The larger contribution rate in applicating inbred lines mainly concentrated in Lvdahonggu, exotic, Lancaster, Reid groups, such as: Dan 598, Dan 988, Dan 299, Dan 1324, Dan 9046, Dan 99chang, Dan huang34, Dan 717 etc. inbred lines. In view of these improved inbred lines, breeders can change breeding strategy, use the technology of conventional breeding, modern molecular and haploid breeding, breeding early maturing, resistant to high density, dwarf, good quality, high yield, disease resistance, suitable for mechanical planting and harvesting for breeding objectives, improve breeding efficiency and accelerate the breeding process, combined with the current corn and the industrial development situation, put forward the future development direction of maize breeding.
