低温播种对春玉米出苗及苗期生理参数的影响

在培养箱中进行盆栽模拟试验,以金产5为试验材料,重点研究金产5最适播种温度。依据历年气象数据设置温度湿度变化曲线,设定5、7、9、11℃四个播种温度试验处理。测定出苗率,三叶期相关生理参数。结果表明,5-9℃播种春玉米能够出苗,5℃播种出苗率偏低(86.42%),7-9℃播种出苗较好(89.38~96.88%)。5、7、9℃处理的植株脯氨酸含量和还原糖含量显著高于11℃处理,5℃处理PEPC活性高于7、9、11℃处理,5、7℃处理的过氧化物酶活性显著高于9、11℃处理,可溶性蛋白含量随播种温度的降低而降低。说明土壤温度为8℃是金产5最适播种温度。 英文摘要: Jinchan5 was the material to study the optimum temperature of soil with sowing in the simulation test, the temperature and humidity of the natural soil was simulated on 5, 7, 9, 11 ℃ treatment by meterological data in incubator. The rate of emergence and related physiological parameters in third leaf stage were surveyed in this experiment. The results showed that the maize can seedling during the seeding temperature of 5-9℃,the seedling emergence rate(86.42%) was low when the seeding temperature was 5℃,and the seedling emergence rate(89.38~96.88%) was well when the seeding temperature was 7-9℃.The proline content and reducing sugar content at 5, 7 and 9℃ were significantly higher than those at 11℃. The PEPC activity at 5℃ was higher than 7, 9 and 11℃. The peroxidase activity at 5 and 7℃ was higher than 9 and 11℃. The content of soluble protein decreased with the decrease of seeding temperature. It suggested that 8 ℃ was the optimum temperature of soil with sowing for Jinchan5.
