本文通过对北京地区玉米生产经营的成本收益等情况进行调研,获得2013-2014年的投入产出数据,通过Frontier4.1软件拟合随机前沿生产函数,得到的估计结果,发现北京玉米生产技术效率总体上较高,且夏玉米略高于春玉米,生产投入中,增加机械投入对玉米产出增量的贡献率最高。最后,提出促进玉米产出效率提升的途径来帮助生产者提高要素使用的配置效率。

Based on the costs and benefits of corn production in Beijing and other business to conduct research, we get input and output data from 2013 to 2014. Through Frontier4.1 software fitting stochastic frontier production function estimation results obtained, founding Beijing technical efficiency of corn production generally higher and summer corn is slightly higher than the spring corn. In production inputs, increasing investment in machinery makes the highest contribution rate to corn output. Finally, we provide a way to boost corn output efficiency to help producers improve the efficiency factors.
