玉米大斑病菌StPEX11基因家族的鉴定及生物信息学分析
PEX11基因家族成员是参与过氧化物酶体增殖调控的关键因子。玉米大斑病菌StPEX11基因家族的生物信息学分析表明,在玉米大斑病菌中存在2个PEX11基因,均含有3个保守基序,其编码的蛋白质均无前导肽,属于疏水性蛋白,二级结构中含有大量的α螺旋。系统发育树分析发现,玉米大斑病菌的2个StPEX11基因分别属于I型和III型的PEX11亚家族。本研究可为进一步研究玉米大斑病菌StPEX11基因家族功能及对过氧化物酶体的增殖作用奠定了基础。

PEX11 gene family members are key factors which are involved in the regulation of peroxisome proliferation.In the present study, we identified two PEX11 genes named StPEX11-1 and StPEX11-2 inStosphaeriaturcicaandbioinformatics methods was used toanalyze the gene sequence, conserved domains, physical and chemical properties and predictedthe secondary structure. Furthermore, the phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the data of alignment with other known plant fungus PEX11sequence. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the two genes belong to the type I and type III of PEX11 in fungi, respectively. These results are helpful for the further functional research of StPEX11 gene family and for the study on the proliferation functions of peroxisome.
