玉米自交系T14-3B主要特性及核心种质的创新思考

用玉米核心种质黄C和78599选系组配成基础材料,F1代与中熟种质M3-11为原始材料,连续自交7代,育成高产、中晚熟、抗病性强、综合农艺性状好和高配合力的玉米自交系T14-3B。T14-3B是独立于四大类群(塘四平头、旅大红骨、Reid和Lancaster)的新种质, 且与四大类群均有较高的杂种优势。用其组配的杂交种高产、中晚熟、适应性广、抗逆性强,T14-3B已成为山西玉米育种中重要的中晚熟种质资源之一。 英文摘要: T14-3B inbred line was bred by 7 generations of basic material formed with F1 generation of core corn germplasm Hang C and 78599 crossed mid-maturation germplasm M3-11.It is high yield、mid-late maturity、strong resistance、good agronomic characters and high-combining ability. T14-3B is an independent new germplasm of the four heterotic groups (Tangsipingtou, Luda Red Cob, Reid and Lancaster), and with four groups all are high heterotic. The hybrid maize varieties combined with it are high yield、 mid-late maturity、wide adaptability and strong resistance. It has become an important mid-late maturing germplasm of maize breeding in Shanxi.
