青贮玉米是畜、禽饲料的重要来源,是我国种植业结构调整的重要战略措施。优质青贮玉米品种的培育是获得高品质畜禽产品的重要保障。优质青贮玉米自交系的评价与筛选是品种选育的前提。本研究以448份玉米自交系为材料,对玉米全株的品质含量:蛋白(Protein)、淀粉(Starch)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)进行评价,筛选高蛋白/淀粉、低纤维的青贮玉米自交系。结果表明在所有供试材料中,蛋白含量变化不大;淀粉含量与纤维(NDF、ADF)含量极显著负相关。以Starch、NDF和ADF品质含量为指标通过聚类分析,筛选出7份高淀粉(47.50%~51.20%)、低纤维(ADF为9.08%~12.93%和NDF为26.67%~31.07%)含量的青贮玉米自交系,分别为P124-3、P125-12、P128-1、P132、13634-3、12099-2、12906-1,为选育优质青贮玉米品种提供材料基础。

Silage maize is an important forage source of livestock and poultry, which is also an important strategic measure for the structure adjustment of the planting industry in our country. Variety breeding of high quality silage maize is the important guarantee to obtain superior livestock and poultry products. The evaluation and selection on superior silage maize inbred lines are the premise of variety breeding. In this study, four traits in 448 maize inbred lines, including protein, starch, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF), were measured to identify the high protein/starch, low fiber lines. The result showed that protein content was relatively stable in all lines; starch content was significantly negatively correlated with fiber (NDF, ADF) content. Using cluster analysis, seven maize inbred lines were identified to be with high starch (47.50% ~ 51.20%) and low fiber content (ADF: 9.08% ~ 12.93% and NDF: 26.67% ~ 31.07%). These lines were P124-3, P125-12, P132, P128-1, 13634-3, 12099-2, and 12906-1, respectively, which could be used for breeding of high quality silage corn varieties.
